The first... back blip

butterfly of the year. What a beauty. It was enjoying the blooms of our lilac bush and some flowering ground ivy in the yard. They are especially pretty in early spring before they get roughed up. We are cleaning and packing up to head home tomorrow. Dr. appointments and other responsibilities await us. Wish I could stay right here in "almost heaven".
