Barassie Shore

Back to sunset blips tonight, a little trip up to Troon after dinner to visit family. Decided to take a little walk out onto the beach to see what developed of the evening light.

Arran is hiding in mist and clouds but if you look close you will see one of four bulk carriers lying at anchor. It's on the horizon above the big rock.

This is the Aquagrace, built in 1997 with a length of 283 metres. Looks like she left Hunterston on Monday and has been sitting out there since. Probably waiting for the storm to pass.
