Let there be Light

I guess a good blip-o-the-day can come from almost any source...today, there were workers in the office changing out the florescent tubes. It was too good an opportunity to pass up. The difficult thing, as I was to find out later, is to make a picture of a workman look "artsy" and not just another snap shot. I'm satisfied I pulled that off. Hope you agree.
