Lovely nature - never bites or scratches

Is extremely fussy as regards food, only likes newly opened food pouches and even then…
Has been known to catch the odd bird or mouse
Has developed a very bad habit of meowing in our bedroom to get outside.
Recently it has been about 5 a.m. and the other morning it was 3.15 a.m.!!! I couldn’t get back to sleep after I let her out!
Will exchange for a five bedroom seaside cottage or a brand new Ferrari.
