A doctor friend came today and helped me to understand what is going on with my shoulder!  I have now got strong painkillers but night is the worst time - the pain is really bad!  Am hoping it gets a bit better as I have to speak in a church on Sunday and need to make some sort of a presentation!  Difficult to think when you are in pain!
