After a local parkrun
Lunch pub meet a posh pub meet Samuel Palmer Shoreham.. 
Then onward to running club HQ in Eynsford.. Then walking back with friend's through the fields and stopped at friends here... what a view!! they have from their garden
I dont want to go to work tomorrow now..... Sowcial afternoon.
