Resistance is Futile

The SystemDek in the office has a bit of a rumble from the motor beatings. Can get replacement motors. The current one is 110v and uses resistors to step down from mains voltage. 220v version is a lot cheaper. Should just beca matter of deleting the resistors. What could possibly go wrong? Ordered.
