Lots of people moan that they don’t see why they should pay per sack but since I only use one bag every 6 to 8 weeks it’s very cheap for me. All recycling is collected free of charge. And no I don’t break the law by sneaking small bags of my household rubbish into the street bins in town. To me that is as much stealing as shoplifting or burglary.
