Marvellous medicine

This is the cocktail I had with my lunch today picked by my gorgeous sis. We were in Manchester to celebrate my birthday. We went to almost famous I had to choose between thus and the pick of the burger. I choose this because the bar tender put the drumstick lolly in as a birthday surprise
