The Outtake

It was going to be a fell racing day but the weirdly fluctuating weather forecast and a distinct lack of mental energy meant that family plans changed. As soon as it was given away, all of mind, body and spirit went blah on me. It had been a very hectic three or four days. A down day was probably what I needed.
