Car problems

Z called this morning to say that he car was making an unusual whirring noise - she nursed it home.

Upon my return I popped it up to the garage. They went through it and have decided that the turbo is shot. Its put us in a bit of a predicament. Their suggestion is that it's not worth fixing but we love that car....a conundrum that we haven't solved.

It's rather taken up our thoughts this evening.
