London Pride

The London Pride flowers in our garden are looking at their best now.  And yes, the lawn does need cutting - the intention is to do it tomorrow afternoon!  There’s still a few bits of ivy in amongst the flowers, despite my pulling masses of it out over recent weeks…

A quiet day today.  Phone conversation with a friend, and some language learning.  Oh, I’ve started learning a bit of Welsh for fun as we are having a holiday there next month.  I thought I should at least be able to pronounce the place names.  My husband already can as he taught himself from a little booklet he picked up some years ago.  He can’t speak it though!
