On the Dunes

This afternoon I had a 5 mile walk between Mexico Towans and Godrevy Towans on the North Cornwall coast. The coast path winds its way through the dunes which despite the proximity of several large holiday sites still feels surprisingly wild. Walking back across the wet sand with the crashing surf in the distance provides a completely different experience. By the end of the walk it had started rain, when this photo was taken.
