Walking down to my book group meeting this evening we saw the firemen practicing their hosepipe skills.  The roof of the fire station seemed to be getting a good wash at one point.

Lovely meeting - thank you Marieke.  It's been a while since I've seen everyone as I had COVID the last time they all met up.  The next book we've chosen to read is 'On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous' by Ocean Vuong.
