Shrewsbury, you’ll always have my heart

Not so fond of my body clock thinking that 4.45am is a suitable time to wake up. Still, got a load of washing done before getting into the office at 7.30. Early breakfast club today then some time with new mentees who are all pretty awesome.

Tonight me and a couple of other run clubbers / adventurers went to watch the Banff Film Festival at Theatre Severn. It was wonderful but now we all have heads full of adventures!
