It's been a bit harder to spare time to come to uni since April. Today I came to uni for the first time in two weeks. It's been warm and dry weather. 

I found myself capturing this small bookend on my desk. Bookends are sometimes called "bookstand" in a kind of Japanese English, but it seems "bookstand" refers to something else in English, which I learned when I googled "bookstand" and looked at its images. Internet does help me learn languages. 

By the way do bookends have any other use?
