Thorney Island Trail Run

After being rejected for London Marathon, again, on a whim I signed up for a 15k trail run down on the south coast. It was on a section i had always meant to walk round but not got round to. The weather was just about right. Had hoped for sub 75mins but surface was very trailly/bumpy so 78mins was not too bad.

It was so nice I walked around it again, 13k, to take some pics.
