Our flight from Heathrow was delayed by  50 minutes because a passenger left his phone in the lounge. As the doors were already closed, the phone had to be passed through the window. I didn't know that the windows could open. Another problem was that the little tractor that moves the plane around was broke (the pilot's words) and we had to wait for a working one. That was quicker to solve than the phone issue.

After unpacking we went to the shop to get beer, milk, box porridge (corn flakes), fruit & wine (in that order).
