Where am I?

Yesterday, Sunday (back blipped) we braved the rain and went to a local National Trust property in the morning. The weather prompted discussions regarding what we might like to do with our last bit of time away.

In the end we decided to head home and get the travelling over with whilst the weather was poor.

Such a shame.

Back at the campsite our decision was confirmed when DonaVan failed to start again and a jump start was needed to get it going. The journey home was a constant worry as I watched the fuel gauge get closer to empty. The worry being if I had to stop at a fuel pump would it start again.

The low fuel warning light came on as I entered our road.

This morning was spent searching for the battery warranty paperwork and booking DonaVan in for a checkup. Starter motor or battery. That is the question.

I had also bought one of those Apple Car play things just before we went away. To help with the navigation on my solo section of the trip. Most disappointed in the unit. Another conversation to have. More stress. Another day my head shuts down. My head is in a spin and my legs are wobbly. Just like on a merry go round.
