The Flat Cap King & The Queen of Smokes, London

Another wander round at lunchtime to try and capture something in the strong sunshine. These stalls and the their shop equivalents, selling cheap, garish tat are now mushrooming along the length of Oxford Street but they do add some punchy colour and graphic forms to an image!
Today was big paintings day at work. Some of them can get above six feet in height and often seem to have frames that are made from half a bloody tree. By the end of a day of moving, lifting, turning, pushing and shifting my body begins to protest and by the following morning I often ache quite a bit. Still, it was a lovely to get outside for half an hour or so to soak up the warmth. Plus a cold beer may have passed my lips before getting back to the grind in the afternoon.
