Band Practice

The 3 of us get together on a Thursday to practice our Hendstock songs. Janine refers to it as ‘Band Practice’ because it sounds cooler than ‘singing practice’.
I picked up D from the station this morning, had my nails done, did some schoolwork and sat in the garden for an hour.
I keep worrying about leaving my job and wondering if I’ve made the right decision.
