Green Currants

They will become red soon, I hope. This morning, they were still wet from last night’s rain. 

We had a wild thunderstorm with lots of lightning just after 4 A.M., and two more between 5:30 and 7. The cats needed a bit of reassurance at first, and then jumped up onto the windowsills to watch the show. 

I tested negative again this morning, and drove to my mother’s house later. Her live-in carers are changing over today. So I wanted to thank the one who is leaving, and say hello to the new one. We stayed outside on the terrace all the time, and I kept my distance and didn’t shake hands with anyone. Should have been safe enough, I hope.
