It was a chilly cloudy day today and we had planned a day off walking to go to a Satmap training day in Mungrisdale Village Hall. I thought it would go completely over my head , but it was actually interesting and I learned a lot although I will probably have forgotten it all by tomorrow. 
Part of the training was to set a route for a certain point a mile or so away. We passed this lovely clump of cotton grass and it’s about the only chance I got to take a photo all day.
