Flags

You know summer is on the way when the international flags go on display along Stornoway harbour, and today they went up. I know the Scottish, German, Norwegian, Finnish and Russian flags, but I have no idea what the burgundy one with the white stripe is - any ideas?

This photograph was originally the other way round, with the flags pointing to the left, but it was annoying me that the flags were the wrong way round, so I flipped it!
