Emergency dinner

So, I should have been taxiing my Dad out of hospital tonight after getting his Gallbladder removed but it didn't quite go to plan so he's stuck in the green walls of the ward again... Hopefully not for long though!! Made myself a poached egg for tea... A nom nom...

There are at least two sides to every issue, and I like my issues sunny side up. I also like bacon and toast on the side. Are you eating what I'm saying??
