Funny day, I didn’t feel well this morning so had to dip out of park run and cancel horsey plans this arvo:0(
Rallied in the eve and went to a conscious connected breathing group workshop for 2 hrs ( think Wim Hof) . It was great, noisy, healing and very funny. All sorts of emotional and physical stuff came up for people, but I laughed more than anything else. And every time I thought I’d laughed myself out someone else would start and I’d be off again . It was fantastic and exhausting ! Very cathartic and caring.
