On the way back…

Cycling along with the 8 this morning. Still recovering from the upper respiratory infection that is getting better, but not quite yet. So I did take part in the technique training in the “bak” and when the crew took to the water, I did a 5 km piece on the ergometer. Then I cycled along the canal towards Vlissingen and caught up with the eight there.
