A very satisfying day!

Feeling nicely satisfied with today!   After working pretty much non stop for the past week and a bit i totally enjoyed a sleep in till around 9 am.....and after breakfast started a new book!   Still Life by Sarah Winman was recommended to me by Wendles56 and i have to say so far i'm loving it. 

Then to truck a lot of my art supplies over to the studio.....and spent a few hours in there playing with the gilli plate - you can print onto paper using this printing plate...so easy and so satisfying!   then just doing some more quiet compositions in my sketch book.   I got some beautiful results (see extra) which i can then use for collage - or just keep as a reference!
