Drummond Castle Gardens

We visited Drummond Castle today between Muthill and Crieff. The castle is not open for viewing but the magnificent formal garden was a delight as was the wee woodland walk.
The castle comprises a 15th C tower and a 17th C town house. The garden was first laid out in the 17th C and is laid out in a St Andrew’s Cross design.
