Some seem hotter than others!

A bit of a full day, although not too frantic. I have a project going live on 31st May just before the long weekend, which isn't ideal. It's a maintenance contract change; when it was planned the Jubilee weekend wasn't there!  It will be ok but it's a bit high profile.

I'm also out at another leadership and Exec conference for the next two days, including the twice yearly vote on 'confidence in the Chairman'. It starts at 11am but I have a couple of meetings before and it will take me a couple of hours to get there so no lie in for me.
