Once More Into The Breach

We got the smoker out after deciding to smoke some brats for dinner.  It's always impressive to watch the smoke roll out of that thing!
    I was a little concerned because the last time we used it the food took way too long to cook.  This time our dinner was delicious and included a rich, smoky, earthy flavor.
