Upheaval!

Our pond, which I blipped in tranquillity yesterday, was this morning the scene of major upheaval. It has been home for years to a water-lily which is much too big for it and we thought we'd get the brute out. Well, as you can see, OB did the getting-out, while I did the blipping! It was hard work (for him I mean!) and he has stirred up lots of stuff in the pond. Afterwards we watched newts ducking and diving - having a great time playing I think. And there's plenty of undisturbed pond for any scaredycat creatures to hide in!
