Melaleuca

Took advantage of the rare sunshine this morning to take the scenic route to the station. Melaleuca flowers look like white bottlebrush, but it’s a different species - also known as tea-tree (as in the oil) and paperbark (it peels off in strips).

The Trail sculpture is on top of the hill, and an avenue of young Port Jackson figs to the right.

Thanks for hosting BobsBlips.
