Museum

Today was wet. We set off to go for a bike ride but the rain was heavy and cold and there was no joy in it - so we went to a Museum instead, which was much more fun. It's Bakewell Old House Museum and houses an eclectic collection of items donated by local people. I found it very interesting and the house itself, first built in 1538, was very interesting in itself.

It's been sunshine and showers, some heavy, all day, so I feel like we should have got out more but we'd have got awfully cold and wet! We played some music together instead this afternoon. Our playing would make angels weep. (Also anyone who happens to be passing by!) 

Waking Ned last night was fun. Tonight we'll probably watch The Hundred Foot Journey. Tomorrow is our last day.
