Cyanotypes again

Kathryn Parsons and I had a great time at Swaddywell NR today as Artists in Residence - it was lovely to chat with so many visitors about photography, cyanotype printing, local history, flowers - such a wealth of knowledge and experience out there!

I continued experimenting with cyanotype prints, while Kathryn created miniature moth sculptures using fly-tying techniques and showed me how to create lumen prints. 

The cyanotypes change rapidly during the development process, and are often unpredictable and ephemeral. Sometimes their beauty is best captured by photographs. Here is one of my experiments...
