Rocky Lane

Another frustrating day of executor duties. No progress was made. The bank missed yet another of its own deadlines. How can it possibly take a bank three months (and counting) to close an account? More success with a visit to the stonemasons. A ledger stone for the churchyard where my parents' ashes are interred has now been ordered.

My morning spaniel walk near Rotherfield Greys in Oxfordshire took us past the Rocky Lane Orchards which I rather liked. These apple trees are about seventy years old.
