Early morning reflections

Such a peaceful early morning photo down by the canal. Early morning is my favourite time of the day. Before work and meetings it’s good to have some quiet time. Just off to the hospital now to get my knee x-rayed as the metal in my leg may be coming out!!!
If that is the case I may be lying down rather more than I want to in a while!
