Fish & Chips

Today is National Fish & Chips Day, a tradition that goes way back to 2015.

(Puts other traditions into perspective: Christmas, Gunpowder Plot, 4th of July etc).

It would be churlish to eschew such an opportunity for a photographic celebration so here is my take on the Great Day.

Dover sole, potato rosti (chips in another form) and of course, mushy peas.

Happy F & C Day to all (who eat fish, of course).
