The Hannah Covered Bridge

The Hannah Covered Bridge was built in 1936.  It seems that most of the bridges in this area were built in the 30's and are in this basic style.  some have one or two windows on each side and a few have windows all along the side.  We had an enjoyable time finding them and photographing them.  There were a few of them that you could swim in the water as it was so calm.  I did look for a rope swing but didn't see one near the little beach that I am sure the kids use half the summer!   It was a nice day and we didn't feel any rain drops until we were just about done.   It rained pretty well for about 5 or 6 hours and then stopped around 8 pm.  It looks like we will be tearing down in the rain on Saturday.
Thanks so much for stopping by and for any hearts and stars!  Not much time or power to spend a lot of time on the internet right now.
The extra is the Gilkey Bridge.  and then a foot bridge.   I am in bridge heaven around here!!
