Richard of Chichester

I first bought one of these roses when my youngest nephew, Richard was going through a very bad time.  It became a focus for my hope that he would flourish like the rose.

I got this new one last year to put in the new garden and I have been pleased to see this first bloom on it.  

Dad wasn't too well this afternoon.  Hope he was just dehydrated.
