Sitting pretty

Momma osprey has been faithfully sitting on her nest only taking very short flights off. I happen to be watching when she made a move this evening. I was happy to see she is still holding the people of Ukraine close in her nest. I have high hopes for chicks although I know they will be late again this year. I feel so lucky to have them in our back yard.
Thank you for your visits. I may never get caught up. I still have not planted my summer garden.  With the 3 foot tides for 5 days and now these heavy rain and thunderstorms I am not sure it will ever dry up. Small problems compared to so many folks I will not dare complain.
