Evening meal in the Celtic Manor, delayed to the Ed Sheeran concert car park (aka the M4) meaning a 25 minute journey took almost 2 hours.

Hotel is good ( there are a few glaring things they need to address ), and can't fault my Creme Brulee. This was the bourbon being burnt off!
