So said the vicar, whilst thanking us for playing at the Horseheath Village Fete this afternoon.

It was a lovely afternoon and we were lucky with the weather.  I popped to the church afterwards to visit the grave of a good and influential friend Anya Brooks.  Born in the same year as me, she died suddenly 10 years ago.  It was tragic, I remember her so well.

In happier news we (just about) managed to see and speak to the travellers, Ben and Sophia.  The internet connection was very poor but we managed to establish that Sophia is much better and that they went surfing yesterday.  Currently in Nicaragua they are planning to go to Costa Rica next week and meet up with some UK friends to do the highlights....  (photo in extra).
