Blue perennial.

Mountain cornflower, Centaurea Montana. We’ve got this in a couple of locations in the garden. Our first cutting was given to me many years ago by my boss of the time, a small, formidable lady. The plant is described as hardy. Tough. And resilient. The same applied to her.

We bought bedding plants. For the last few years our local nursery has delivered them, today we went to their temporary shop.
