Daffodil

It's been a fantastic day today.

The glorious weather has meant we can get out on a couple of walks, enjoy the sunshine and take a shed-load of photos! I was spoilt for choice today, but as most of them were of family I've opted for this one for today's blip.

The Carmenator and I planted the bulbs for these daffodils back around October-ish last year and just this week they've come through. It's a strange satisfaction knowing that something you've planted has come through just as you intended. I'm looking forward to seeing what else bursts forth from the soil this week as we planted quite a variety of stuff!
