I spent the morning doing chores and then caught the train to Oxford, for the Regents Park College tortoise who was celebrating his 109 birthday. My brother and Naomi arrived later, and we went to Merton College for them to drop off their stuff in the guest suite. Laura and her friend from St Hilda’s organised one of their punts. No one fell in, but there were a few close calls and lots of good natured hilarity. Naomi stayed on dry land with the bags. It was a glorious warm day.
Keith and Naomi, Laura and Yoav , headed one way and I headed back to the station.
