Treacherous Currents

Saturday - Cornwall Day 8 and halfway through our hols.  Today we decided just to chill out and not drive anywhere until late in the day when we had a meal booked at Sennen.

The tempestuous waters here can take a turn at any moment and Sennen has always been a famous shipwrecking haven because of the treacherous currents around the rocks. Last time we were her a few years back, the tide was higher and courtesy of the wind, the sea was crashing over this groyne and kids were waiting for a wave to hit the wall and then them and just disppeared into the sea. Luckily there were no rocks in the immediate vacinity of the groyne otherwise they might have thought twice,

Gradually catching up now.  Thanks to everyone whpo has viewed my collection of Cornwal holiday photos and addeed comments and stars, although just choosing one per day against so many is quite difficult.
