It's Been a While

Meet the overlocker. It hasn't been off the shelf in the last three years. I got it down and set about a bit of cleaning and oiling - only to realise that I'd forgotten everything I ever knew about it. I had to get the manual out to find out how to open the dratted thing up.

It took a while, but it did cooperate eventually, and the duvet cover now fits the duvet. I'm sure my headache will be better by bedtime. I could have stitched it by hand, in half the time .... but it wouldn't be half as neat.
