First BBQ

Emma had a wonderful surprise last night - she works Friday evenings in an Italian Restaurant in Keswick, and unbeknown to her, Arran (boyfriend) travelled back from Nottingham Uni last night to spend the weekend with her, and his whole family booked a table at the restaurant (even booked in his Mums maiden name, so she didn't realise) - when she saw him walk in she burst into tears, she was so happy to see him.

Today, Emma and Arran cooked us a barbecued lunch of steak, burgers, sausages, and marinated chicken kebabs, as well as a great potato salad. First Barbie of the year, and so welcome as we had one workshop finish this morning and another start this afternoon. Only a 4-day, as I'm off to Tuscany at the end of the week. Seems like a really great group though.
