WW2 Flying boats slipway, Dumbarton

There are rows and rows of these posts visible when the the tide is low on the shore on the east side of Dumbarton Rock, as well as remnants of a slipway and other structures. Looking at this picture, I think they are fragments of the aircraft factory, where 'flying boats' were made.
